Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition
- Stamp coils and booklets must be unopened and in original packaging
- Opened or partially used coils cannot be returned due to the nature of postage stamps
- Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened stamp coils or booklets
- Used or cancelled stamps
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@favorcollect.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1 business day. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
- We recommend a trackable shipping method
- International returns: customer bears all shipping fees, duties, and taxes
Refunds
- Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges Accepted for unopened items within 30 days. Please indicate your exchange request when contacting support. Subject to availability.
